The App is a language-learning tool that helps you journal about your day and practice expressing it in a foreign language.

You are responsible for the content you enter or record in the App. Do not enter content that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.

Where web billing is available, Stripe processes recurring monthly or yearly subscriptions. The price, currency, billing interval, and applicable taxes are shown before you confirm your purchase. Manage web subscriptions, payment methods, and invoices through the web billing page. Manage App Store purchases through Apple subscription settings. Use the same Tellable account across products, and avoid purchasing twice through different providers. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel a subscription. If you cancel at the end of the billing period, Pro remains available until that period ends. Contact support for billing questions or refund requests.

Feedback, rewriting, translation, and answers are generated automatically by AI and may not always be accurate or appropriate. Always verify important content yourself. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from reliance on AI output.

You may not reverse-engineer the App, abuse the AI features (e.g. excessive automated requests), or use the App for any unlawful activity.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

The App and its AI features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
