- Storage limits apply both in the Tellable app and in the cloud. Existing data above the limit is kept; new additions are restricted.
- Free includes 3 summaries per account in total, with no monthly reset. Pro resets on the first day of each month (Japan time). Summarizing a lesson again counts as another use.
- Sync runs on launch, return to the app, sign-in, and when you sync manually.
AI transcription, summaries, and feedback follow each app’s availability and usage terms. This plan does not promise a shared AI allowance or unlimited AI usage.

Get help connecting your account ↗- Add and verify your email in the Tellable account used for your purchase.
- Open settings in Tellable Lesson Capture. Sign in with that same email.
- Select “Refresh access” and look for “Pro active”.
Connecting does not itself grant Pro. Accounts created with different emails are not automatically merged.
A few things you might be wondering
Do I pay for each app separately?
Pro purchased in Tellable for iOS also provides the Pro summary allowance in Lesson Capture when connected to the same account. Check each other product’s guidance for its supported features.
Where can I subscribe?
Web checkout and in-app purchases on iOS are supported. Use the same account and manage your subscription with your purchase provider.
Will I lose my words or journals if Pro expires?
Your saved data remains available. Sync continues within Free limits; new additions are restricted if you exceed those limits. Deleting the app or account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
I purchased Pro, but the extension shows Free.
Check that you are using the same Tellable account, then select “Refresh access” in the extension. You can also restore purchases in Tellable.
